Ultimately, developing a strong sense of your best practices as a writer will help you succeed both professionally and academically.

While it is true that some essays must be written quickly, thus having very limited processes, this paper will examine your ideal situation. Assuming that you have a meaningful amount of time, examine your ideal writing process. Over the course of your paper, you can compare best and worst-case scenarios, your previous experiences, and what steps you can take to succeed as a writer.
Possible Topics:
This essay can go in many different directions, but a discussion and analysis of your writing process is key. For example, you might contrast how you craft essays in timed writing situations versus how you might write when you have two days or two months. You can also examine the consequences and importance of different writing situations.
Organization: This essay must include an introduction, a thesis statement, body paragraphs with topic sentences, and a conclusion.
Purpose:
This assignment gives you the chance to practice organizing complex ideas, structure paragraphs, and develop your mastery of academic English. This essay should demonstrate your mastery over essay structure and standardized language. Additionally, this essay gives you the opportunity to consider your best practices as a writer. What steps do you need to take to draft effective papers? How can you generate ideas, collaborate, right and revise your essays to maximize your chances of success in any given writing situation?
